China’s verbal attacks on India over a Himalayan border stand-off have taken a bizarre turn after state news agency Xinhua released a video critical of New Delhi, complete with an actor. The Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission has 15 million followers on Weibo, while the Ministry of Public Security has 31 million followers. The posts from the two agencies appeared on Weibo, which is often referred to as the Chinese version of Twitter.
